Sat July 11th 10:30 - 12:30 * cost $35 for one parent and child ($5 each additional child)
This workshop is a great class for mothers and daughters, or parents and their kids. This workshop will include 1 full hour of Body Dance Fitness ™/Dance Fiesta Fit Kidz ™ a high energy, party atmosphere aerobic dance workout that includes dances from around the world. You and your kids are sure to burn up calories and get fit together. You will end the workshop with a blessed experience as you are united through a relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga and Breathwork experience.
Yoga to Go:
Have a group of 5 or more people who would like a yoga class? The Barefoot Yoga Studio now offers "Yoga to Go"! We will send a certified instructor to your location and build the class around your group's specific wants and needs! Great for those who just can't seem to make it to the studio.
